Absolutely awful customer services, I saw the reviews to stay away but I thought for the price how bad can it be…. The man who said to stay from this site. Sorry for not listening to you…. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HELATH AND SAFETY.. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. GO SOME WHERE ELSE BELIEVE ME THIS COMPANY ARE NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR TIME….

I recently purchased a cycle rack from this site which was on-sale and a great buy. The delivery was seamless. I had a few questions in terms of locking mechanism and adapters for the electrics and customers services so were helpful. They took photos, provided videos and responded swiftly. Amazing experience.

Table tennis table and robot came perfect and within a week of ordering it.
So far, no issues!

Ordered a pool table which was due on the Friday but never came due the courier so they paid the extra money for it to come Saturday as Im working Monday so can't fault them went above and beyond. Will be ordering more soon.

Avoid! I bought a SKU stride master treadmill from this company last year. The belt stopped working after 2 weeks. I contacted them about rectifying this and received a lot of complicated instructions back. I felt uneasy about having to open it up as I am not an electrician. They did not refund the money or send an engineer to have a look so I was stuck with a treadmill I could not use, 3 weeks after buying it from them and a waste of £270. Avoid them

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…Bought a air hockey table for a Xmas present, opened Xmas eve to build for my daughter, only to find corner broken and therefore not usable. Photos taken and sent showing still in box, but they have refused a replacement or refund as box wasn’t opened within 48hrs of receiving….. this was a Xmas present so could not have been opened earlier!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Spin bike developed fault within a few months. Replacement part sent but bike still faulty and cannot be used as i could get injured. I keep getting asked to send a video to prove the fault which is impossible to do but no one is listening. I’ve asked several times for the complaints procedure and been ignored. Do not use this company, I wish I hadn’t. The worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Great table, good looking and smoothe action, big enough for 4 small players. Delivered on time and ordered on a straightforward web-site. Quite a heavy table so folding/unfolding best left to adults. Blower needs 240 volt supply and the cable is short so needs an extension lead. Minor parts missing on delivery (1 x washer and 1 x storage compartment support bar), but able to improvise.

I would never purchase anything from this company again. I wish I had researched them on trust pilot before I did. Bought a spin bike last year, and I’ve had to have one part in particular replaced 5 times. They won’t take the bike back (and this was before warranty run out!!) and are extremely frustrating to deal with. Dont buy from here.

Cheap quality pool table, faulty, cloth like a thick pile wooly carpet, unplayable and worst customer service you can imagine.

Will not acknowledge that the pool table is faulty despite videos and photos and even tho its less than 14 days since purchase have said i have to pay for the return and i will not get a full refund because its been played on? What a joke.

Worst company ever, cheap chinese rubbish, avoid at all costs.

Trampoline arrived with missing parts after lots of emails and phone calls I was assured the missing parts had been sent this was not correct 14 days passed I demanded a refund and for the trampoline to be collected, I took more than 7 days for it then to be collected and I’m still awaiting a full refund of £249.99 I would never order again from here

Received a trampoline with parts missing a couple of months ago. I cannot phone as they aren't accepting calls (how convenient) and they are ignoring my emails. If no response by the end of the week I will be going to trading standards as I've currently wasted £260 on something my children cannot use and I cannot afford to replace as I am a student for the NHS. Absolutely disgusting company, AVOID!!

ordered my tredmill on sunday , never recieved confirmation email , phoned customer service on tuesday morning concerned about my delivery , spoke to a lovely lady who said it was out for delivery on wednesday , low and behold , delivered tuesday evening , amazing , up and running already , great service all round , highly recommend this company , anyone who complained and wrote a bad review , shame on you , thanks again

Absolutely terrible company! Avoid at all costs !

Bought a home gym for £500, six weeks later and the missing parts (of which there are many) have still not arrived.

Impossible to talk to an actual person, e-mail response is limited and takes forever to respond.

Have asked for tracking number and currier details , no response.

Save your money and do not buy from them.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced, now they are using “due to the corona virus their call Center is now closed” this shows what a 2 bit operation they are running! Any half decent company would setup call centres with people working from home. Went with this company because they had the cheapest product.. cheap in all aspects, when I installed it fell apart. Now nobody is answering emails. Please refund my money
